I was just starting to get traction in my business after nearly 18 months of straight hustling when Brittany Dixon of Brittany & Co Consulting asked me about my sales process and framework.  I thought because I had sales calls booked that I was winning…but then she gently informed me that I didn’t know what I was selling, or really how I was selling it.
Working with Brittany, I created a five step framework for my course creation business, Tracey Teaches, called the TEACH method.  She helped me break down everything that I do with my clients into a simple, easy to explain framework that I could apply to every one of my services.  Oh, and then she helped me determine what my services should look like including helping me to tailor a one to one coaching program and even helping me name it, Concept to Completion(tm).  Brittany helped me nail the sales process, the pricing, and the framework for how I would guide my clients through creating their courses.  I don’t know where I would be right now if I had not had her expert guidance, but I am sure it would not be where I am right now where I just cleared $6K in revenue in the last 10 days marketing a program that relies completely on the framework that Brittany & Co helped me to solidify.  And I am just getting started.
