Stefanie Jackson is a motivational speaker and generational leadership expert. Stefanie has spent 15 years building teams and educating leaders on the changes in today’s workforce. She is both an entrepreneur and millennial herself, so she knows first-hand how recruitment and retention have been disrupted by millennials and generation z. Stefanie’s love of research and her experiences have provided her with valuable knowledge that can be used to get leaders bought in and capable of driving transformation in their businesses.

As a sought-after speaker and facilitator, she’s been spotlighted in Columbus CEO Magazine, Salon Today Magazine, and The Metropreneur, for her innovative ways on recruiting and retaining the youngest generations in the workforce, and how to build connections between multi-generational teams and their leaders.

Stefanie is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners, where she has served on multiple committees. She is a board member for the Prairie Community Fund, and a mentor with the Young Entrepreneurs Academy. Stefanie lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, two young sons, and giant dog.
