Our best advice for startups is to work close to where you live! Our Incubator Studio is provided for our members that need an office work environment. Grow to as large as 5 on-site personnel before you outgrow our space. Cultivate offers several packages for working out of our facility and accessing the resources that we offer. All packages offer a front desk receptionist that will welcome all guests and notify you of any visitor arrivals. Additional amenities at Cultivate vary by our packages but include:
- 24/7 key card access to the building (dedicated workspace members only)
- High speed wi-fi
- Complimentary printing/copying
- Meeting room privileges
- Mail and package delivery with a dedicated suite number
- On-site restaurant
- Regular networking & educational events
- Startup & small business consulting
- Administrative services and personal concierge (small fee applies)
Virtual Office: A great place to start for those that work from home or on the road and only need a professional mailing address and networking opportunities.
Coworking Space: The coworking package provides use of a non-dedicated work-space from a pool of work areas designated for this purpose and business hour access to the building. This package is ideal for those that don’t intend to make their primary office at Cultivate or will only spend a short time each day in the building to work or meet with clients.
Dedicated Work Spaces: This package provides a dedicated cubicle or private office. These range from single person cubicles to spaces for teams up to 5 people.
